1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Onefocus (“the Service”), operated by OnwardLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Onefocus is a task management application designed to support executive function. The Service includes task creation, AI-assisted scheduling and task breakdown, and related productivity features. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
4. Free Trial and Subscription
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. During and after the trial, you may view your existing tasks in read-only mode. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of charge. Contact us at the email below for refund inquiries.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (tasks, notes, etc.). We do not sell your personal data. We use your task data solely to provide and improve the Service, including AI-powered features. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
7. AI Features
Certain features use artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic) to assist with task scheduling, breakdown, and suggestions. AI outputs are recommendations only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws; transmit harmful or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the operation of the Service; or use the Service for any purpose other than personal task management.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. OnwardLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
